| Wychavon District Council of the Civic Centre, Queen Elizabeth Drive, Pershore, Worcestershire WR10 1PT HEREBY CERTIFY that on the 23rd October 2025 the matter described in the First Schedule to this Certificate in respect of the land specified in the Second Schedule to this Certificate and outlined in red on the plan attached to this Certificate, was lawful within the meaning of section 191 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended), for the following reason: On the balance of probabilities, the use described in the First Schedule and as shown on the floor plan (evidence 6 within the CLEUD Evidence Bundle), commenced at least four years before the date of the application for this Certificate. In coming to this conclusion, it has been assessed that the unit has operated functionally and physically to a degree which takes its use beyond what would be considered to be an annexe. |
