| The external materials of the proposed shepherd hut hereby permitted shall be constructed in accordance with the materials specified on the application form and shall be finished in RAL 7016 for the galvanised tin and RAL 6005 for the wooden window frames and doors, or equivalent finish approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason : To ensure a satisfactory external appearance of the development and that high-quality materials and finishes are used, in accordance with Policies SWDP 21 and SWDP 25 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan (2016) and the relevant aims and objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework |
| Prior to the first use/occupation of the development hereby permitted, the details set out in the submitted Water Management Statement shall be fully implemented and remain thereafter. Reason: To ensure that an appropriate sustainable drainage system is provided to serve the development in accordance with policy SWDP29 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan, 2016 and the relevant aims and objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework. |
| The holiday accommodation hereby approved shall be occupied for holiday purposes only and shall not be occupied as a person or persons’ sole, or main place of residence. Reason: The proposed accommodation is only acceptable as a holiday let/ tourism development and is to protect the surrounding established character and residential amenity, in accordance with SWDP21 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan, 2016. Its use as a permanent residence would be inappropriate within the development boundary and contrary to the objectives of these policies promoting tourism and protecting the local residential character and the relevant aims and objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework. |
| No person or group of persons shall occupy the holiday accommodation hereby permitted for more than 28 days consecutive days at a time and no same person or group of persons shall occupy the accommodation for more than 156 days in any one calendar year. The owners/operators of the site shall maintain an up-to date register of the names of all occupiers of the accommodation, their duration/ dates of stay, and of their main home address (i.e. place of residence) and shall make this information available at all reasonable times to the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the development hereby permitted is used for the specific use applied for, to prevent unrestricted residential development and in the interests of ensuring adjoining amenities and a sustainable pattern of development, in accordance with polices SWDP1, SWDP2, SWDP4, SWDP6, SWDP21, SWDP24 and SWDP35 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and the relevant aims and objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework. |
