| Wychavon District Council of the Civic Centre, Queen Elizabeth Drive, Pershore, Worcestershire WR10 1PT HEREBY CERTIFY that on the 18/11/2025 the matter described in the First Schedule to this Certificate in respect of the land specified in the Second Schedule to this Certificate and outlined in red on the plan, would be lawful within the meaning of section 192 of the Town and Country Planning Act (as amended), for the following reason :- The submitted evidence demonstrates on the balance of probabilities that the works undertaken (in particular, the digging of trench foundations) are sufficient to constitute a lawful implementation of planning permission W/22/01491/FUL, and hence the permission would remain extant following the expiration of the 3 year time limit (secured via condtion 1 of W/22/01491/FUL) on 02/02/2026. |
