Wychavon District Council of the Civic Centre, Queen Elizabeth Drive, Pershore, Worcestershire WR10 1PT HEREBY CERTIFY that on the 14th January the matter described in the First Schedule to this Certificate in respect of the land specified in the Second Schedule to this Certificate and outlined in red on the plan, would be lawful within the meaning of section 192 of the Town and Country Planning Act (as amended), for the following reason :- As a material start of the works accordance with plan application ref. 20/02837/FUL have commenced in accordance with Condition 1, the matter described in the First Schedule would fall within the parameters of the extant permission and therefore would not require a further application for planning permission.
