| The application proposes the erection of 1 dwellings at a site which is located within a Designated Rural Area. Any technical detail consent applications should be accompanied by a signed legal agreement to secure a financial contribution towards the provision of off-site affordable housing in accordance with Policy SWDP 15 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan. |
