Condition Details / Information Notes
Insufficient ecological information has been submitted to enable the Local Planning Authority to fully assess the impact of the proposed development on protected species, in particular bats. In the absence of an up-to-date bat survey and any further surveys identified as necessary, the applicant has failed to demonstrate that the proposal would not result in harm to protected species or their habitats. The proposal is therefore contrary to Policy SWDP 22 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan (2016), the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017 and the relevant aims and objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework.
