| The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason: To conform with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| Unless where required or allowed by other conditions attached to this permission/consent, the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the information (including details on the proposed materials) provided on the application form and the following plans/drawings/documents – 400B Location Plan 401 Existing Site Plan 402A Proposed Site Plan 403A Proposed Floor Plan and Elevations Reason: To define the permission in accordance with Policy SWDP1 and SWDP2 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and the National Planning Policy Framework. |
| The development hereby approved shall only be for the private use of the owner/ occupier of Knowlefields Barn Farm Cottage, Alcester Road, Inkberrow, Worcester, WR7 4HR, and shall not be used for any trade, business or equestrian enterprise whatsoever. Reason – On the basis of the application submission and assessment, and on the basis to allow an unassessed business use would generate unassessed additional traffic impacts to and from the site in line with policy SWDP21 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan 2016 and the relevant aims and objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework. |
| The development hereby approved and land edged red and blue on the plans and drawings as listed under Condition 2 of this Decision Notice shall not be sold. | Positive and Proactive Statement. No problems have arisen in dealing with this application. The planning application sought an acceptable form of development consistent with the requirements of relevant policies and material considerations. No amendments or alterations were therefore required and no further positive or proactive action was deemed necessary. |
