| Unless where required or allowed by other conditions attached to this permission/consent, the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the information (including details on the proposed materials) provided on the application form and the following plans/drawings/documents – Location Plan Proposed Block Plan – Dwg No BP02 Proposed Elevations – Dwg No E02 Reason: To define the permission in accordance with Policy SWDP1 and SWDP2 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and the National Planning Policy Framework and Policy SWDPR03 of the emerging South Worcestershire Development Plan Review. |
| Within 1 month of the date of the permission hereby granted, a hedgehog access be introduced into one of the fencing panels, and 1no. Hedgehog house (e.g a RSPB Silhouette hedgehog home) shall be installed in a quiet area of the garden of the dwellinghouse, along a site boundary, either corners or edges, with sufficient vegetative shelter out of the prevailing wind and shall remain thereafter. Reason: To ensure the development contributes to the conservation and enhancement of biodiversity within the site and the wider area in accordance with policy SWDP22 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and policies SWDPR 29 and SWDPR 30 of the emerging South Worcestershire Development Plan Review. |
