Condition Details / Information Notes
The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason: To conform with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
Unless where required or allowed by other conditions attached to this permission/consent, the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the information (including details on the proposed materials) provided on the application form and the following plans/drawings/documents – Location Plan (dated 4th January 2026) Site Plan ref, TQRQM26004194313268 (dated 4th January 2026) Reason: To define the permission in accordance with Policy SWDP1 and SWDP2 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and the National Planning Policy Framework.
The use hereby approved shall be for the care of children within Planning Use Class C2 purposes only and for no other purposes within use Class C2 of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (as amended). A maximum of 2 no. children shall reside within the site and development hereby approved at any one time. Should the use of the site hereby approved cease for the care of children under use Class C2, the property will be converted back to Planning Use Class C3 use. Reason: In the interests of sustainable development and to safeguard the amenities of nearby residential properties and the locality in accordance with Policy SWDP1, SWDP2, SWDP31 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan,2016 and the relevant aims and objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework.
Prior to first occupation of the development hereby permitted, details of at least one bird nesting feature shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The approved feature shall be installed in accordance with the approved details prior to the first occupation/use of the development hereby approved and retained thereafter. After the feature has been installed, a brief letter shall be sent to the local planning authority for confirmation. Reason – To ensure that the development contributes to the conservation and enhancement of biodiversity in accordance with SWDP 22 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan, 2016 and paragraphs 187, 192 and 193 of the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) and the relevant aims and objectives.
