No building operations hereby permitted shall commence until details of the repointing and brick pattern for external repointing and window apperture infill of the listed building hereby permitted have been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The details to be submitted shall include:- - sample panel of brickwork 1m x 1m, to agree the type of coursing, pointing and the mortar to be used on the infill for the window opening and with the panel to agree the type, colour, texture, size, finish, jointing and pointing of brickwork/stonework; to be kept on site for reference; Reason: To protect, conserve and enhance the significance of heritage assets and to ensure that the new materials are in keeping with the surroundings
