| The lighting for the illuminated advertisement hereby approved shall be turned off when the site is closed to the public. Reason: In the interests of amenity and in accordance with policy SWDP21 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan, 2016 and the relevant aims and objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework. |
