The works to which this Listed Building Consent relates must be commenced before the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this consent. Reason: To conform with the requirements of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990
Unless where required or allowed by other conditions attached to this permission/consent, the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the information (including details on the proposed materials) provided on the application form and the following plans/drawings/documents – PL020 PL001 PL002 PL009 PL010 Rev A PL025 Rev C PL026 Rev B PL030 Rev B PL031 Rev B Holland House Heritage Statement (Incorporating a Design and Access Statement). By Zebra Architects. February 2026. Reason: To define the permission.
Prior to the commencement of the works hereby approved, details of the following shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority: - Mortar mix details including details of the type of sand used, grit, lime etc. An appropriate mortar will be a good match in colour and texture for the existing and appropriate to its exposed location; - A sample panel of the brickwork, mortar and pointing method to be used shall be made available on site for approval as part of the discharge of conditions application, and shall be retained on site for reference for the duration of the works. The development shall be carried out using the materials as approved. Reason: To protect, conserve and enhance the significance of heritage asset.
Positive and Proactive Statement. In dealing with this application, the Council has worked with the applicant in the following ways:- providing pre-application advice; - seeking further information following receipt of the application; - seeking amendments to the proposed development following receipt of the application; In such ways the Council has demonstrated a positive and proactive manner in seeking solutions to problems arising in relation to the planning application. * delete as appropriate
