| Prior to the commencement of the works hereby approved, details of the following shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority: - Mortar mix details including details of the type of sand used, grit, lime etc. An appropriate mortar will be a good match in colour and texture for the existing and appropriate to its exposed location; - A sample panel of the brickwork, mortar and pointing method to be used shall be made available on site for approval as part of the discharge of conditions application, and shall be retained on site for reference for the duration of the works. The development shall be carried out using the materials as approved. Reason: To protect, conserve and enhance the significance of heritage asset. |
