| Condition Details / Information Notes |
| The proposal would not constitute permitted development under Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development Order) (England) Order 2015. The eaves of the extension would exceed the height of the eaves of the existing dwellinghouse. The proposal would therefore exceed the limits set out in criterion (d) of Class A. Therefore express planning permission from the Local Planning Authority is required. |
