| Details of the external materials of the Pharmabox hereby approved, including the type, colour, and finish, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to installation. The development shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the approved details and retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the new materials are in keeping with the surroundings and in accordance with policies SWDR09, SWDPR05, SWDPR28 and SWDPR33 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan Review 2026 and the relevant aims and objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework. |
| Before the development hereby permitted is first used, details of the lighting to be provided in association with the development shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The submitted details shall include the specification of lighting units, including luminance levels (lumens/candela), means of control, together with details of operational times, including any peridods during which lighting will be switched off. Only external lighting in accordance with approved details shall be provided on the application site. Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order with or without modification) there shall be no other external lighting provided on the application site. Reason: To ensure the proposed development does not have an adverse effect on the character and appearance of the area in accordance with policies SWDPR03, SWDPR05, SWDPR9, SWDPR28, SWDP25 and SWDPR33 of South Worcestershire Development Plan Review 2026 and the relevant aims and objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework. |
| Positive and Proactive Statement. No problems have arisen in dealing with this application. The planning application sought an acceptable form of development consistent with the requirements of relevant policies and material considerations. No amendments or alterations were therefore required and no further positive or proactive action was deemed necessary. |
