| Thank you for your notification application of the proposed agricultural development as described above. Based upon the information provided with your application, I write to confirm the Council determine that the proposed development would not constitute Permitted Development under Schedule 2, Part 6, Class A of the General Permitted Development Order 2015 (as amended). This is for due to the following reasons - The proposed track would be constructed within 25 metres of Bouts Lane which a classified road (C2261) and would therefore not comply with criterion h). Therefore, the proposal would require planning permission. |
