| The temporary building hereby permitted shall remain ancillary to the shop identified and shall be usedl solely for storage in the location shown on the approved plans. The building shall not be used for retail, commercial, or any other independent use. Reason: To ensure that the development remains ancillary to the shop on the site and does not result in the creation of an independent use within the open countryside, contrary to Policies SWDPR3, SWDPR6 and SWDPR28 and SWDPR35 of of the South Worcestershire Development Plan,2026 and the National Planning Policy Framework. |
| Within 3 months of the date of this permission, the details set out in the submitted Water Management statement shall be fully implemented and retained thereafter. Reason: To ensure that an appropriate sustainable drainage system is provided to serve the development in accordance with policy SWDPR39 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan Review, 2026 and the relevant aims and objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework. |
| Within 3 months of the date of this permission, details of at least one birding nesting feature shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The approved feature shall be installed in accordance with the approved details within 3 months of their approval and retained thereafter. Following installation, a brief confirmation letter shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority confirming that the feature has been installed. Reason: To ensure that the development contributes to the conservation and enhancement of biodiversity in accordance with SWDPR29 of the South Worcester Development Plan Review, 2026 and paragraphs 187, 192 and 193 of the National Planning Policy Framework and the relevant aims and conditions. |
