Based upon the information provided with your application (listed below), I hereby confirm that prior approval is hereby refused for the following reasons:- A site notice has been displayed for a period of less than 21 days in the period of 28 days beginning with the date on which the application was submitted to the local planning authority. This conflicts with condition B2.(b)(iv) of Schedule 2, Part 11, Class B of the General Permitted Development Order. |
