Condition Details / Information Notes
Wychavon District Council of the Civic Centre, Queen Elizabeth Drive, Pershore, Worcestershire WR10 1PT HEREBY CERTIFY that on the 14 May 2026 the matter described in the First Schedule to this Certificate in respect of the land specified in the Second Schedule to this Certificate and outlined in red on the plan, would be lawful within the meaning of section 192 of the Town and Country Planning Act (as amended), for the following reason :- That the proposed unit as described and sited in the submitted supporting information is a mobile home structure that complies with the legal definition of a caravan & siting the unit on the land would not result in built development. The proposed occupation of a mobile home by family members as part of the existing single residential planning unit would comprise an integral part of the primary residential use and as such would not result in a material change of use or the subdivision of the planning unit. As such the matter described in the First Schedule does not constitute development within the meaning of Section 55 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended).
FIRST SCHEDULE Certificate of Lawfulness for the proposed use of a mobile home in residential curtilage, incidental to main dwelling SECOND SCHEDULE 14 Owletts End, Pinvin, Pershore, WR10 2EX
The applicant is advised that the use for the accommodation hereby certified relates to a mobile home for relatives incidental to the use of the main dwelling at the site and remains a temporary structure, and when no longer needed would be removed from the site. Should the accommodation be provided or used in a manner other than as set out in this application or if the mobile unit is constructed in such a way that it does not comply with the definition of a caravan and would not be a moveable structure the development may result in not being lawful.
