Wychavon District Council, of The Civic Centre, Queen Elizabeth Drive, Pershore, Worcestershire WR10 1PT HEREBY CERTIFY that application reference W/26/00868/CLPU registered on the 12th of June 2026 for a Certificate of Lawfulness Proposed Use or Development is REFUSED in relation to the matter described in the First Schedule to this Notice in respect of the land specified in the Second Schedule to this Notice as the matter described in the First Schedule to this Notice would not be lawful as at the 12th of June 2026 within the meaning of section 192 of the Town and Country Planning Act (as amended), for the following reason(s) :-
Insufficient information has been provided to confirm compliance with Schedule 2, Part 3, Class L of the Town and Country Planning General Permitted Development Order 2015 (as amended). and therefore the change of use of the dwellinghouse from C3 to C4 would not constitute permitted development. Furthermore, the proposed extension would not comply with criterion e) of Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A of the Town and Country Planning General Permitted Development Order 2015 (as amended). Therefore, the certificate cannot be granted and planning permission is required.
