Condition Details / Information Notes
The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason: To conform with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
There shall be no stationing/storage of vehicles or equipment (domestic and agricultural) or horse boxes on the site other than inside the stable building. Reason: To protect, conserve and enhance the significance of heritage assets and to ensure that the new materials are in keeping with the surroundings and/or represent quality design in accordance with policies SWDP 6, SWDP21 and SWDP24 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan.
The stable building, approved under consent W/11/00443/CU, shall not be used at any time other than for either the keeping of horses, as per the original consent and/or for the storage of vehicles, both domestic and agricultural and horse boxes. Reason - To define the permission.
The stable building shall only be used privately in association with the residential use of the dwelling known as The Manor House, Lower End, Birlingham, Pershore, WR10 3AD. The building shall not be used for any trade, business or commercial equestrian enterprise whatsoever. Reason - A separate dwelling house in this location would not represent sustainable development and be contrary to the development location strategy set out in policy SWDP2 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan.
The development hereby approved relates to the following plan - 003 - Overall Site Plan & Location Plan Reason: To define the permission.
