Wychavon District Council, of The Civic Centre, Queen Elizabeth Drive, Pershore, Worcestershire WR10 1PT HEREBY CERTIFY that application reference 17/00320/CLE registered on 10 March 2017 for a Certificate of Lawfulness Existing Use or Development is REFUSED in relation to the matter described in the First Schedule to this Notice in respect of the land specified in the Second Schedule to this Notice and defined by the red line on the plan attached to this Notice, for the following reason :- That, having regard to the planning history of the site and documents held by the Council relating to the site, it has not been shown that the matter described in the First Schedule to this Notice has occurred for a continuous period of at least ten years since the registration date of the certificate application and there has been no breach of the condition requiring planning permission and consequently the proposed development is not lawful.
