Wychavon District Council of the Civic Centre, Queen Elizabeth Drive, Pershore, Worcestershire WR10 1PT HEREBY CERTIFY that on the 15/11/2017 the matter described in the First Schedule to this Certificate in respect of the land specified in the Second Schedule to this Certificate and outlined in red on the plan attached to this Certificate, was lawful within the meaning of section 191 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended), for the following reason :- That the use described in the First Schedule commenced at least ten years before the date of the application for this Certificate and that the erection of the garage and gazebo buildings described in the first schedule has been substantially completed for at least four years before the date of the application for this Certificate.
FIRST SCHEDULE The use of land shown edged red on Hunter Page Planning drawing (job number 5351 and dated January 2018), as garden area in association with the residential occupation of The Courtyard Flat and the erection of a garage/store building (as shown on Photographs 1 and 2) and the gazebo structure (as shown on Photographs 3 and 4), the position of which is shown on the same drawing..
