Wychavon District Council of the Civic Centre, Queen Elizabeth Drive, Pershore, Worcestershire WR10 1PT HEREBY CERTIFY that on the 28 September 2018 the matter described in the First Schedule to this Certificate in respect of the land specified in the Second Schedule to this Certificate and outlined in red on the plan attached to this Certificate, would be lawful within the meaning of section 192 of the Town and Country Planning Act (as amended), for the following reason :- The submitted evidence demonstrates on the balance of probabilities that the works undertaken (in particular, the excavation of trial holes on the site) and information submitted in respect of conditions imposed on the permission (in particular, removal of riverside moorings in respect of condition c and submission and approval of a landscape scheme in respect of condition d) are sufficient to constitute a lawful implementation of planning permission T/APP/H1840/A/84/21907/P5 for the construction of a mooring basin, with associated works, and hence the works can be lawfully completed.
FIRST SCHEDULE Confirmation that planning permission T/APP/H1840/A/84/21907/P5 for the construction of a mooring basin, with associated works has been lawfully implemented and the remainder of the works granted by this permission can be lawfully completed thereafter. SECOND SCHEDULE Location: Eckington Bridge Caravan Site, Pershore Road, Eckington, Pershore, WR10 3DD as shown on the Savills 1:500 scale Site Plan received on 3 December 2018 and the 1:500 scale Site Plan stamped "W0157/84" received on 28 November 2018.
