The works to which this Listed Building Consent relates must be commenced before the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this consent. Reason: To conform with the requirements of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
Unless where required or allowed by other conditions attached to this permission/consent, the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the information (including details on the proposed materials) provided on the application form and the following plans/drawings/documents: Homestead kitchen window No. 1, Homestead kitchen window No. 2, Homestead porch window No. 3, Homestead toilet window No. 6 alt , Homestead utility window No. 7 alt, Homestead utility window No. 8, Homestead bed 2 window No. 9, Homestead landing window No. 12 alt, Homestead bed 4 window No. 13, Homestead landing window No. 14, Homestead bed 1 window No. 15, Homestead bathroom window No. 16, The Homestead front elevation.pdf, The Homestead rear elevation.pdf, The Homestead left elevation.pdf, The Homestead right elevation.pdf, The Homestead roof elevation.pdf, Window detail, Design and access statement, Email from applicant 8.11.2019 RE roof slate and hearth, Bird defender spike details’, Email 4.10.2019 RE Magnaglaze secondary glazing’, Application form, Location plan. Reason: To define the permission.
Prior to its/their installation as part of the development hereby approved, details of the following shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority:- - Details of the internal door joinry details, including drawings showing design, materials Reason: To protect, conserve and enhance the significance of heritage assets and to ensure that the new materials are in keeping with the surroundings and/or represent quality design in accordance with policies SWDP 6, SWDP21 and SWDP24 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan.
No building operations hereby permitted shall commence until details of the materials to be used in the conservation of The Homestead hereby permitted have been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The details to be submitted shall include:- - Samples of the roof slate should be provided for approval before installation on site. - Sample panel of the brickwork, type of pointing and the mortar to be prepared for approval before repointing works commence. - Detailed specification of the mortar mix and pointing method to be submitted. - Details of external vents and chimney flues including information on specification and colour. Reason: To protect, conserve and enhance the significance of heritage assets and to ensure that the new materials are in keeping with the surroundings and/or represent quality design in accordance with policies SWDP 6, SWDP21 and SWDP24 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan.
