Wychavon District Council of the Civic Centre, Queen Elizabeth Drive, Pershore, Worcestershire WR10 1PT HEREBY CERTIFY that on the 4 February 2019 the matter described in the First Schedule to this Certificate in respect of the land specified in the Second Schedule to this Certificate and outlined in red on the plan attached to this Certificate, was lawful within the meaning of section 191 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended), for the following reason :- That the use described in the First Schedule commenced at least ten years before the date of the application for this Certificate.
FIRST SCHEDULE Use of land for the siting of a mobile home for residential purposes and use of surrounding area as dinestuc curtilage. SECOND SCHEDULE The Caravan, Hill Court Farm, Grafton Flyford, WR7 4PL as shown on Plan LN1002 - Location Plan
