The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason: To conform with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
Unless where required or allowed by other conditions attached to this permission/consent, the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the information (including details on the proposed materials) provided on the application form and the following plans: Proposed Elevations and Floor Plans of Ancillary Residential Accommodation Scale 1:100 Proposed Elevations and Floor Plans of Covered Way Extension Scale 1:100 Reason: To define the permission. |
Before the ancillary accommodation hereby permitted is first used for residential purposes, details of a bat roosting feature or bird nesting box shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The details to be submitted shall include an implementation timetable. The feature(s) shall be provided in accordance with the approved details and in accordance with the approved timetable. Reason: To ensure the development contributes to the conservation and enhancement of biodiversity within the site and the wider area in accordance with policy SWDP22 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan. |
The development hereby permitted for the conversion of the outbuilding shall not be occupied at any time other than for purposes ancillary to the residential use of the dwelling known as Lilac Cottage, Alcester Road, Kington. The development shall not be used as an independent self contained dwelling separate from the dwelling known as Lilac Cottage, Alcester Road, Kington. Reason - To preserve the amenities of the locality in accord with Policy SWDP21 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan AND/OR As a separate dwelling house in this location would not represent sustainable development and be contrary to the development location strategy set out in policy SWDP2 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan. |
