Condition Details / Information Notes
The works to which this Listed Building Consent relates must be commenced before the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this consent. Reason: To conform with the requirements of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
Unless where required or allowed by other conditions attached to this permission/consent, the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the information (including details on the proposed materials) provided on the application form and the following plans. Approved Plan Numbers: AE-01(900320)001 AE-02(900320)001 AE-03(900320)001 AE-04(900320)001 AE-05(900320)001 – Proposed Ground Floor Plan AE-05(900320)001 – Proposed Elevations AE-07(900320)001 AE-13(900251)001 Reason: To define the permission.
Prior to the commencement of the development hereby approved, details of the proposed door from the existing dining room should be submitted to the Local Planning Authority and approved in writing. The submitted details should include the following: - Appropriately scaled drawing of the proposed door which should include details on the proposed material, finish and location of the required door hinge and latch Reason: To conserve the significance of the listed building in accordance with local plan policies SWDP6 and SWDP24 and Section 16 of the NPPF
Prior to the commencement of the development hereby approved, details of structural work required to strengthen the timber frame surrounding the proposed new opening in the existing dining room shall be approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To conserve the significance of the listed building in accordance with local plan policies SWDP6 and SWDP24 and Section 16 of the NPPF
Positive and Proactive Statement. No problems have arisen in dealing with this application. The planning application sought an acceptable form of development consistent with the requirements of relevant policies and material considerations. No amendments or alterations were therefore required and no further positive or proactive action was deemed necessary.
