|The development hereby permitted shall not be occupied at any time other than for purposes ancillary to the residential use of the dwelling known as Winnall Springs, Lincomb Lane, Lincomb, DY13 9RD. The development shall not be used as an independent self contained dwelling separate from the dwelling known as Winnall Springs, Lincomb Lane, Lincomb, DY13 9RD.
Reason: As a separate dwelling house in this location would not represent sustainable development and be contrary to the development location strategy set out in policy SWDP2 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan. |
