The works to which this Listed Building Consent relates must be commenced before the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this consent. Reason: To conform with the requirements of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
Unless where required or allowed by other conditions attached to this permission/consent, the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the information (including details on the proposed materials) provided on the application form and the following plans/drawings/documents – 2317 01a and the Preliminary .Bat Roost assessment. Reason: To define the permission. |
The Bat Box be provided in accordance with the approved details set out in paragragh 10.2 of the preliminary bat roost assessment report suplied as part of the supporting information. Reason: To ensure the development contributes to the conservation and enhancement of biodiversity within the site and the wider area in accordance with policy SWDP22 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan. |
The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in strict accordance with the recommendations set out in the Preliminary Bat Roost Assessment report carried out by Countryside Consultant dated 7th June 2021 and submitted with this application. In particular paragragh 10.3 Reason: To ensure the development contributes to the conservation and enhancement of biodiversity within the site and the wider area in accordance with policy SWDP22 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan. |
