Unless where required or allowed by other conditions attached to this permission/consent, the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the information (including details on the proposed materials) provided on the application form and the following plans/drawings/documents – Site Location Plan – No reference Site Plan – No reference Planning Statement (dated August 2021) – No reference Reason: To define the permission. |
The 38 caravans hereby approved shall only be occupied by seasonal agricultural workers employed on land forming part of 'Norchard Farm', Crossway Green. 28 of the caravans shall only be occupied between 01 February and 30 November of each year, with the other 10 caravans identified with a 'W' on the submitted 'Site Layout' occupied for 12 months of the year. Reason - This permission is based on the supporting evidence submitted by the applicant with regards to the need for agricultural workers' accommodation on the site for the continuing operation and expansion of the Norchard Farm agricultural enterprise, in accordance with SWDP19. |
The use of land hereby permitted shall be reinstated to its former condition within 3 months of the date of the cessation of the farming activities undertaken on Norchard Farm. Should the extent of farming activities reduce in scale, leading to a reduced number of caravans being required to support the farming operations, then caravans shall be removed in accordance with a timetable to be agreed in writing with the local planning authority. Reason - To ensure the proposed scale and type of operations in the open countryside is controlled as required by SWDP19. |
