Wychavon District Council of the Civic Centre, Queen Elizabeth Drive, Pershore, Worcestershire WR10 1PT HEREBY CERTIFY that on 7 December 2021 the matter described in the First Schedule to this Certificate in respect of the land specified in the Second Schedule to this Certificate and outlined in red on the plan attached to this Certificate, was lawful within the meaning of section 191 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended), for the following reason :- It has been proved on the balance of probabilities that the works undertaken at the site constitute a material commencement of the development permitted under reference 20/01396/CU, so that the approved development can be lawfully completed in accordance with that planning permission.
