| The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the extension hereby permitted shall match those used in the existing building. Reason - To ensure that the proposed works are executed in materials, which harmonise satisfactorily with the existing building. |
| The decision to grant planning permission has been taken having regard to the policies in the approved Worcestershire County Structure Plan, the Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006), and the Regional Spatial Strategy for the West Midlands, and to all relevant material considerations, including Planning Policy Guidance Notes, Planning Policy Statements and Supplementary Planning Guidance. The following policies in the Regional Spatial Strategy for the West Midlands are relevant to this decision: None. The development is considered to comply with these policies and guidance notes and it is not considered that it will cause material harm to the amenities of the area. Note "Failure to comply with the above planning Conditions may result in the permission hereby granted being invalidated". |
