Condition Details / Information Notes
The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: The site location plan, block plan and existing/proposed floor plans received by the council on 16.1.14 Reason - To define the permission.
Noise generated by the operations conducted within the premises by virtue of the granting of this permission shall not cause any increase in the existing hourly background noise level. The equipment installed within the building hereby approved shall be serviced and maintained in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines, in perpetuity. Details of any noise mitigation measures proposed within the building shall be submitted to the local planning authority and approved in writing prior to the commencement of the development and shall thereafter be implemented in full as approved. Reason - To safeguard the amenities of the adjoining occupiers.
Positive and Proactive Statement In dealing with this application, the Council has worked with the applicant in the following ways:- - providing pre-application advice; - seeking further information following receipt of the application; In such ways the Council has demonstrated a positive and proactive manner in seeking solutions to problems arising in relation to the planning application.
