| The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |

| Notwithstanding the submitted plans, this permission does allow for the use of concrete within the approved hay store. There shall be no concrete or tarmac used on the rest of the site, outside of the approved field shelter and hay store. Reason - To ensure that the development is visually satisfactory, in accordance with saved Policy GD2 and COM14 of the Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006) |
| The field shelter and hay store hereby approved shall only be used privately, and shall not be used for any trade, business or equestrian enterprise whatsoever.
