Condition Details / Information Notes
The works to which this consent relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three year(s) beginning with the date of the granting of this consent. Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: (insert plan numbers). Stedefield 1 and 2 Revised joinery details dated (27th November 2014) Revised joinery section (27th November 2014) Glazing detail (27th November 2014) Ironmongery PG1 and 2 Reason - To define the permission.
Prior to any building works being first commenced, detailed drawings of the proposed window(s) showing openings, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason - To ensure the special historic and architectural interest of the building is properly maintained, in accordance with Policy ENV13 of the adopted Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006).
Positive and Proactive Statement In dealing with this application, the Council has worked with the applicant in the following ways:- - providing pre-application advice - seeking amendments to the proposed development following receipt of the application - considering the imposition of conditions In such ways the Council has demonstrated a positive and proactive manner in seeking solutions to problems arising in relation to the planning application.
