Condition Details / Information Notes
The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
The development, hereby permitted, shall be used solely for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwelling house and for no other purpose. Reason - To retain planning control over the use of the building hereby approved.
The materials shown on the approved plan titled 'proposed garage' and detailed within the application form shall be used in the construction of the external walls and roof of the garage hereby approved. Reason - To ensure that the development is visually satisfactory.
The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: 'Tudor Cottage Elevations' 'Proposed Garage' 'Detailed Site Plan' 'Location Plan' 'Site Plan' Reason - To define the permission.
Positive and Proactive Statement No problems have arisen in dealing with this application. The planning application sought an acceptable form of development consistent with the requirements of relevant policies and material considerations. No amendments or alterations were therefore required and no further positive or proactive action was deemed necessary.
