Condition Details / Information Notes
The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
The materials detailed within the application form shall be used in the construction of the external walls and roof of the extensions hereby permitted. Reason - To ensure that the development is visually satisfactory in accordance with SWDP 21 and 25.
Prior to the first use/occupation of the development hereby permitted, the details set out in the submitted Water Management Statement shall be fully implemented and remain thereafter. Reason - To ensure that an appropriate sustainable drainage system is provided to serve the development and to reduce the consumption of water in accordance SWDP 29
The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Drg 07 - site plan/location Drg 05 - proposed first floor Drg 04 - proposed ground floor Drg 06 - proposed elevation Reason - To define the permission.
Positive and Proactive Statement No problems have arisen in dealing with this application. The planning application sought an acceptable form of development consistent with the requirements of relevant policies and material considerations. No amendments or alterations were therefore required and no further positive or proactive action was deemed necessary.
