The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
The materials detailed within the application form shall be used in the construction of the external walls and roof of the extensions hereby permitted. Reason - To ensure that the development is visually satisfactory in accordance with SWDP 21 and 25. |
Prior to the first use/occupation of the development hereby permitted, the details set out in the submitted Water Management Statement shall be fully implemented and remain thereafter. Reason - To ensure that an appropriate sustainable drainage system is provided to serve the development and to reduce the consumption of water in accordance SWDP 29 |
The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Drg 07 - site plan/location Drg 05 - proposed first floor Drg 04 - proposed ground floor Drg 06 - proposed elevation Reason - To define the permission. |
