The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason: To conform with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
The application site is in a Designated Rural Area. Affordable housing contributions will be required in accordance with SWDP15. The Self-build nature of the dwelling would also need to be secured through the legal agreement. These matters would need to be secured via a legal agreement at technical details consent stage. |
The application site is located within the domestic curtilage of a Listed Building. In order to assess the impact the proposal may have on the Listed Building, an appropriate Heritage Statement including full assessment of the impacts of the proposals upon the heritage asset will be required at the technical details stage in order for these impacts to be fully considered and mitigated where necessary in accordance with Section 16 of the NPPF, SWDP6 and SWDP24. |
Positive and Proactive Statement. No problems have arisen in dealing with this application. The planning application sought an acceptable form of development consistent with the requirements of relevant policies and material considerations. No amendments or alterations were therefore required and no further positive or proactive action was deemed necessary. |
