Condition Details / Information Notes
Any static units positioned on the site shall meet the definition of a caravan as set out in section 29 of the Caravan Sites and Control of Development Act 1960 and section 13 of the Caravan sites Act 1968 (twin unit caravans). Reason: To ensure that the proposal is in accordance with polices 25 and 36 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan.
Static caravans positioned on the site shall only be used to accommodate visitors attending dog training courses on the associated land or as holiday let/visitor accommodation and shall only be occupied on a short term basis for a period of no longer than two weeks at a time by any individual. The units shall not be occupied as any person's sole or main residence Reason: As the site lies in the open countryside where the provision of permanent residential units would be in conflict with policy SWDP2 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan 2016.
The details set out in the originally submitted Water Management Statement shall be fully implemented and remain thereafter. Reason: To ensure that an appropriate sustainable drainage system is maintained to serve the development in accordance with policy SWDP29 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan 2016.
Dogs attending the courses shall sleep in the individual owners cars or the static caravans overnight. Reason: To prevent them becoming excited and more liable to barking in a group environment causing a potential disturbance in accordance with policy SWDP31.
Any static caravans positioned on the site shall be in accordance in terms of design, appearance and siting with the details shown on the following drawings Pro Map Plan, Dr no. 2017/ 06/103 B Existing Cabins and Kennels Plan , Dr no. 2017/06/104 C Proposed Block Plan Dr no. 2017.06/102 C Location Plan and Proposed Plan Dr no.CEC2885/05 Rev B (Landscaping Plan). Reason: To define the permission and in the interests of visual amenity and good design in accordance with policy SWDP21 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan 2016
