| The works to which this Listed Building Consent relates must be commenced before the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this consent. Reason: To conform with the requirements of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |

| No building operations beyond the erection of scaffolding and further inspection of the timber frame and infill panels has taken place shall commence until a full schedule of timber repairs and identification of existing wattle and daub panels has been submitted to the Local Planning Authority and has been agreed in writing. Reason: To protect, conserve and enhance the significance of heritage assets and to ensure that the new materials are in keeping with the surroundings and/or represent quality design in accordance with policies SWDP 6, SWDP21 and SWDP24 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan. |
