Condition Details / Information Notes
The works to which this Listed Building Consent relates must be commenced before the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this consent. Reason: To conform with the requirements of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
Unless where required or allowed by other conditions attached to this permission/consent, the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the information including information and plans provided on the application form and the following plans/drawings/documents –Heritage Statement Received 8th June 2023, Design and Access Statement Received 8th June 2023, Scope of Works Received 8th June 2023, Accomodation Block and Castle Building Bat Survey Received 22nd September 2023, Drawing numbers 2812.02 and 2812.03. Reason: To define the permission.
No building operations hereby permitted shall commence until details of the materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the roof hereby permitted have been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The details to be submitted shall include:- - sample panel of pointing of brickwork/stonework; - Sample of roof tile; The development shall be carried out using the materials as approved. Reason - To protect, conserve and enhance the significance of heritage assets and to ensure that the new materials are in keeping with the surroundings and/or represent quality design in accordance with policies SWDP 6, SWDP21 and SWDP24 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan.
The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in strict accordance with the recommendations contained within the report by Swift Ecology entitled Bat Survey Update 2023, dated September 2023, in particular the Bat Mitigation Plan in Appendix 6 and the recommendations in relation to birds made in paragraph 5.4. On completion of the works a statement of conformity and a copy of any bat licences, as appropriate, shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority to confirm whether all of the measures have been implemented in accordance with the details approved under this condition. Reason: To ensure compliance with the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 (as amended) and the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017.
