The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason: To conform with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
Unless where required or allowed by other conditions attached to this permission, the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the information (including details on the proposed materials) provided on the application form and the following plans. Approved Plan Numbers: PLAN MAB 1 – Location Plan (August 2023) PLAN MAB 2 – Proposed Block Plan (Submitted to LPA October 2023) PLAN MAB 5 - Proposed Floorplan and Elevations (Submitted to LPA October 2023) Reason: To define the permission. |
The development hereby permitted shall not be occupied at any time other than for purposes ancillary to the residential use of the dwelling known as Marlborough House. The development shall not be used as an independent self contained dwelling separate from the dwelling known as Marlborough House. Reason - To preserve the amenities of the locality in accord with Policy SWDP21 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and as a separate dwelling house in this location would not represent sustainable development and be contrary to the development location strategy set out in policy SWDP2 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan. |
