The technical details consent application shall be submitted before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason: The default duration for permission in principle is three years. There is no reason to alter the default duration in this instance.
Positive and Proactive Statement. No problems have arisen in dealing with this application. The planning application sought an acceptable form of development consistent with the requirements of relevant policies and material considerations. No amendments or alterations were therefore required and no further positive or proactive action was deemed necessary.
The Permission in Principle hereby approved shall relate solely to the site as outlined in red on the Location Plan - Titton Farm dated 24th March 2024, and the Block Plan - Titton Farm dated 24th March 2024. Reason: To define the permission.
