The planning application sought an acceptable form of development consistent with the requirements of relevant policies and material considerations. No amendments or alterations were therefore required and no further positive or proactive action was deemed necessary. |
The Permission in Principle hereby approved shall relate solely to the site as outlined in red on the Location Plan - Titton Farm dated 24th March 2024, and the Block Plan - Titton Farm dated 24th March 2024. Reason: To define the permission. |
