The surface water discharge rate from the site is now 2.0l/s. This is acceptable though the headwall facilitating discharge will need to be amended to cater for a 2.0l/s discharge rate as the current design would be prone to blockages. The attenuation pond now has a permanently wetted area and is online, facilitating the treatment of surface water and biodiversity benefits. Private roads are now permeably paved though some lateral connections to the paving are not fully connected on the drawings, please amend. It is still disappointing there are few SuDS proposed when more were proposed before conditions were applied and the applications was approved. The drainage calculations are acceptable for current designs proposals. Detailed design drawings have been submitted and are acceptable for the current designs. Drawings will need to be amended for the outfall from the pond to facilitate a 2.0l/s discharge rate. The maintenance plan still does not provide any details for the outfall ditch. |
