Condition Details / Information Notes
On each side of the set back entrance visibility splays of 45 degrees shall be retained within the highway boundary. Reason: In the interests of highway safety.
The gradient of the driveway behind the entrance and within the curtilage of the site shall not be steeper than 1 in 12. Reason: In the interests of highway safety.
Satisfactory drainage arrangements shall be retained to ensure that surface water from the driveway and/or turning area shall be intercepted and directed to a suitable outfall so that it cannot discharge onto the public highway. Reason: In the interests of highway safety.
Positive and Proactive Statement. No problems have arisen in dealing with this application. The planning application sought an acceptable form of development consistent with the requirements of relevant policies and material considerations. No amendments or alterations were therefore required and no further positive or proactive action was deemed necessary.
