The applicant has failed to provide the LPA with sufficient information to justify the number of units installed, the positioning of the units within the application site, a noise assessment / survey or details of the noise levels produced by the units, or a suitable scheme of noise attenuation. The proposals are therefore likely to result in adverse impacts upon human health and wellbeing in respect of noise nuisance, and as such would be contrary to policy SWDP31 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan.
