Wychavon District Council of the Civic Centre, Queen Elizabeth Drive, Pershore, Worcestershire WR10 1PT HEREBY CERTIFY that on the 23 August 2024 the matter described in the First Schedule to this Certificate in respect of the land specified in the Second Schedule to this Certificate and outlined in red on the plan attached to this Certificate, would be lawful within the meaning of section 192 of the Town and Country Planning Act (as amended), for the following reason :- The submitted evidence demonstrates on the balance of probabilities that the works undertaken (in particular, the digging of trench foundations on the site) and information submitted in respect of conditions imposed on the permission are sufficient to constitute a lawful implementation of planning permission W/12/02214/PN, and hence the works can be lawfully completed. |
