Unless where required or allowed by other conditions attached to this permission/consent, the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the information (including details on the proposed materials) provided on the application form and the following plans/drawings/documents – Promap 1:3000 scale Site Location Plan Reason: To define the permission in accordance with Policy SWDP1 and SWDP2 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and the National Planning Policy Framework. |
Positive and Proactive Statement. In dealing with this application, the Council has worked with the applicant in the following ways: - seeking further information following receipt of the application; and - considering the imposition of conditions. In such ways the Council has demonstrated a positive and proactive manner in seeking solutions to problems arising in relation to the planning application. |
The applicants attention is drawn to the fact that the associated reserved matters consent (reference W.442/78) has the same occupancy condition attached (number 7) as the outline consent (reference W.828/77). Given that the outline consent W.828/77 precedes this and contains the same occupancy condition, the reserved matter condition is, in effect, not necessary and therefore would not comply with the tests of conditions. For this reason, and by virtue of the section 73 consent hereby granted, the reserved matters occupancy condition is, in effect, now null and void. |
