The external materials of the walls and roof shall be retained in accordance with those approved under application W.1353/81, dated 15th October 1981. The development shall be carried out using the materials as approved. Reason: To ensure that the development is in keeping with the surroundings and would represent quality design in accordance with policies SWDP21 and SWDP25 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan 2016 and the relevant aims and objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework.
The earth mounding shall be retained in accordance with the details approved under application W.1353/81, dated 15th October 1981. Reason: To ensure that the development is in keeping with the surroundings and would preserve the amenities of the locality in accordance with policies SWDP21 and SWDP25 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan 2016 and the relevant aims and objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework.
The landscaping scheme approved under planning application W.1353/81, dated 15th October 1981, shall be retained and maintained in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To ensure that the development is in keeping with the surroundings and would preserve the amenities of the locality in accordance with policies SWDP21 and SWDP25 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan 2016 and the relevant aims and objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework.
The access, as approved under planning application W.1353/81, dated 15th October 1981, shall be retained and maintained in accordance with the approved plans in order to provide a waiting area for vehicles clear of the highway. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and to ensure the free flow of traffic using the adjoining highway in accordance with SWDP4 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and the relevant aims and objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework.
The entrance and/or the position of any gates shall be set back a minimum distance of 7.3 metres from the nearside edge of the adjoining carriageway. On each side of the set-back entrance, visibility splays shall be provided at an angle of 45° with the highway boundary. Nothing shall be planted, erected and/or allowed to grow on the area of land so formed which would obstruct the visibility described above. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and to ensure the free flow of traffic using the adjoining highway in accordance with SWDP4 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and the relevant aims and objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework.
The vehicular crossing of the verge and/or footway, as constructed at the developer’s expense, shall be retained in accordance with the specification and gradient (not steeper than 1 in 20) between the entrance and the nearside edge of the adjoining carriageway, to the ongoing satisfaction of the Highway Authority. Reason: To ensure safe and suitable access is maintained for all users and to protect the integrity of the highway, in accordance with Policies SWDP4 and SWDP21 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and the relevant aims and objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework.
The means of access, driveway, and surface water disposal arrangements, as constructed, shall be retained in a manner consistent with the approved details and to the ongoing satisfaction of the Highway Authority. Reason: To ensure that safe and suitable access is maintained and that surface water is managed appropriately to prevent flooding and highway safety issues, in accordance with Policies SWDP4 and SWDP29 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan, and the relevant aims and objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework.
This permission hereby granted shall be implemented only in lieu of, and not in addition to permission granted by decision numbers W.556/75/0 dated 15th December, 1976 and W.1872/79 dated 21st February, 1980.
