Wychavon District Council, of The Civic Centre, Queen Elizabeth Drive, Pershore, Worcestershire WR10 1PT HEREBY CERTIFY that application reference W/25/00080/CLE registered on 16.01.2025 for a Certificate of Lawfulness Existing Use or Development is REFUSED in relation to the matter described in the First Schedule to this Notice in respect of the land specified in the Second Schedule to this Notice and outlined in red on the plan attached to this Notice, for the following reason :- On the balance of probability, insufficient evidence has been provided which clearly demonstrates that the building outlined in red on the location plan has been occupied for a continuous residential use and has been in situ at Meadow Farm Barn in excess of 10 years. Further, the plans submitted are inaccurate and are for the former building before it was half demolished and rebuilt without planning permission, which is the subject of a separate planning application W/24/01590/FUL.
